How long will my headwear bundle take to arrive? 

Branding is done on-site at our Dunstable factory, so turnaround is quick. Once you’ve approved your artwork proof, most orders are despatched within 7-10 working days, depending on stock.

Will I see my design before it’s produced? 

Yes. We’ll email a proof of your branded headwear within 3 working days of your order, giving you the chance to check the design and request changes. We won’t start production until you’ve approved your logo.

Can hard hats really be branded with a logo? 

Yes. Hard hats can’t be embroidered or printed directly in the way fabric garments can, but a professionally applied decal gives a clean, durable finish without interfering with the helmet’s safety certification. It’s a popular way to keep site teams identifiable while staying compliant.

Can I mix sizes and styles within a headwear bundle? 

Yes. Caps are generally one size or adjustable, so most teams are covered as standard, and you’re welcome to mix caps and hard hats within a single bundle order.
