Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my bundle take to arrive?

Branding is done on-site at our Dunstable factory, so turnaround is quick. Once you’ve approved your artwork proof, most orders are dispatched within 7-10 working days, depending on stock. International orders can take 3+ weeks and are subject to custom clearance that is out of our control.

Will I see my design before it’s produced?

Yes. We’ll email a proof of your branded sweatshirts or hoodies within 3 working days of your order, giving you the chance to check the design and request changes. We won’t start production until you’ve approved your logo.

Can I mix sizes within a bundle?

Yes. You can combine any mix of sizes across your bundle, from small through to larger fits, at no extra cost.
