Everything you need to know about our logo branding costs, from price-per-garment to logo set-up, all in one place.
Good to know before you order (all prices ex VAT, per garment):
- Logo set-up: £15 one-off per logo. Your first set-up is free over £150, your second over £300, and so on.
- Already a customer? Select 'Logo On File' and we'll waive the set-up fee.
- Large embroidery designs: Prices cover logos up to 10,000 stitches. Bigger designs (e.g. large back logos) will carry a small extra charge, please see below for details.
- Small run fee (£15): Applies to embroidery runs of 5 or fewer, and print runs of 3 or fewer per logo. No fee from 6 embroidered or 4 printed items.

How Our Pricing Works
Branded workwear pricing shouldn't be a guessing game. Here are the three costs that make up every order and what we include as standard.
Logo Setup
We prepare your artwork so it's ready for embroidery or print. Pay once, then we keep your logo on file free of charge for every future order.
Garment Cost
The cost of the workwear or PPE you choose. Bulk discounts apply automatically: the more you order of the same item, the lower the per-piece price.
Branding Application
The cost of adding your logo to each garment. One logo position = one application. Per-logo prices reduce as your quantity goes up.
