That said, we don’t believe you should ever have to pay more than you need to. Whilst we are constantly checking prices to make sure we stay competitive if you do happen to find the same product, in stock and at a lower price from another supplier, we’ll happily match their quote — so you can order with confidence, knowing you’re getting both the best value and the best service.

How it works:
- Send us the competitor’s official quote showing the product, price, and that it’s in stock.
- We’ll verify that it’s the same like-for-like product (model, size, features, etc.).
- Once confirmed, we’ll match that price — so you’ll never pay more for the same product.

Terms & Conditions:
These Terms & Conditions apply to all Best Price Guaranteed claims. By requesting a price match, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
- The competitor’s product must be like-for-like, meaning identical in model, specification, colour, size, and condition.
- The competitor must be UK based.
- The product quoted by the competitor must be in stock at the time of your request.
- The price match request must be made before purchase from Essential Workwear. Once your order is placed, price matches cannot be applied retroactively.
2. Proof required
- You must provide an official competitor’s quote, showing the product, its price, and that it is in stock. This should include a link or image from the competitor’s site, product code, and date.
- Quotes must reflect any applicable delivery or shipping costs from the competitor (if these would apply similarly with us) so comparison is fair.
3. Exclusions
We do not price match on:
- Sale items, discount-clearance, or clearance/end-of-line stock from Essential Workwear or from competitors.
- Bundle deals or package offers.
- The Essential Workwear range products.
- The competitor offer must be a regular, publicly available offer; e.g. deals shown only in-store, or requiring membership that you do not have, or private pricing not open to all customers, are excluded.
- This policy doesn't apply to pricing errors.
4. Verification and decision
- Once you submit your request, we’ll verify the quote. Essential Workwear reserves the right to refuse a match if we determine the products are not identical, the competitor’s item is out of stock, or if any part of the competitor’s offer is invalid or misrepresented.
- If approved, we’ll apply the matching price immediately at checkout (or issue you a revised quote/order total if arranging via customer service).
5. General
- This guarantee only applies to products sold by Essential Workwear.
- Essential Workwear reserves the right to modify or withdraw the Best Price Guaranteed policy at any time, but changes will not affect requests already submitted and accepted.
- All other standard Essential Workwear Terms & Conditions of Sale apply.
