All logos are subject to a logo set up fee of £15. The first logo set up fee becomes free when you spend £150 or more (ex VAT). The second one becomes free when you spend £300 or more (ex VAT), etc.

Our embroidery cost is for logos up to 10k stitches, if your logo is larger than this we will ask for an additional payment

If we already have your logo set up, select ‘Logo On File’ and the set up fee will not be charged.

Embroidery runs of 5 garments or less will incur a small run fee of £15. This cost will not be incurred for runs of 6 or more embroidery items.

Will I receive a proof before my order is produced?

Yes, you will also receive a visual before your garment is sent into production, changes can be made at this point.

Can I add my logo or text to this product?

Yes, for most garments. We decorate clothing in-house at our factory in Dunstable using embroidery, screen printing, or DTF (direct-to-film) transfer printing. The right method depends on your design, the garment, and the quantity, embroidery suits logos on polos, jackets, fleeces, and knitwear; screen printing is best for bold designs on larger quantities of t-shirts and hoodies; DTF works well for detailed, full-colour designs on shorter runs. Some items can't be branded, including safety footwear and safety glasses, these are supplied plain.

What's the minimum order quantity?

There's no minimum. You can order a single garment with your logo on it, however a small order fee is applied to embroidery runs of less than 6 garments and small print runs of less than 4 garments.

Will I see a proof before you produce my order?

Yes. Every decorated order receives a free visual proof showing your logo positioned on the garment before we produce it. Nothing goes into production until you've approved it.

Is my logo file okay?

In most cases, yes. The best files for branding are vector formats (.ai, .eps, .pdf, or .svg) as these can be scaled to any size without losing quality. High-resolution PNGs or JPEGs (300dpi or above) can also work for print, depending on the design. If your file isn't quite right, don't worry, our in-house artwork team will take a look and let you know. We can often redraw or tidy up logos for a small artwork fee, and we'll always send a visual proof for your approval before anything goes into production.

How long does delivery take?

Plain (unbranded) stock items are typically delivered within 4 working days. Branded orders delivered in 10 working days. If you have a deadline, let us know when you enquire and we'll confirm what's achievable. Please note that international deliveries can take 3+ and are subject to custom clearance that is out of our control.

Can I see a sample before placing a full order?

Yes. Plain stock samples can be ordered through the website and returned for a refund within our standard returns window. Branded samples are available to approve decoration but are non-returnable as they're made to your specification.

Do you offer corporate accounts?

Yes. If you're a business ordering regularly we offer corporate accounts with a dedicated account manager, agreed pricing, and a custom order portal that makes reordering straightforward. Request a corporate account to discuss your requirements.

How should I wash and care for my branded workwear?

Wash at 30–40°C on a gentle cycle, turn garments inside out, and avoid fabric softener, bleach, and high-heat tumble drying. Never iron directly onto a print. Always check the garment's care label, as hi-vis, FR, and specialist fabrics may have specific requirements.

How does the sizing work?

Each product page has a size guide specific to that garment, as fit varies between brands and styles. If you're between sizes or ordering for a team, we recommend ordering a sample first, most items can be returned plain and unworn.

Can I return decorated items?

Plain, unworn items can be returned within 28 days for a refund or exchange. Decorated items are made to order and personalised to you, so they can't be returned unless they're faulty or incorrectly produced, in which case we'll always put it right.
