Our Accreditations & Certifications
We maintain a number of independent accreditations and certifications covering quality management, environmental management, safety supply and ethical trading. These are held and audited by external bodies, and the sections below set out what each one certifies and what it means for the products we supply and responsible supply chain management

Our Accreditations
We take pride in our accreditations, ensuring customers have peace of mind knowing they are purchasing from a trusted, quality-assured provider.
ISO 9001 - Quality Management
ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised standard for quality management systems. It specifies requirements for documenting, monitoring and improving the processes an organisation uses to deliver its products and services. Certification is awarded following an independent external audit and is maintained through regular reassessment.
ISO 14001 - Environmental Management
ISO 14001 is the internationally recognised standard for environmental management systems. It specifies requirements for identifying, monitoring and reducing an organisation's environmental impact across its operations. Certification is awarded following an independent external audit and is maintained through regular reassessment.
BSIF Registered Safety Supplier Scheme
The BSIF (British Safety Industry Federation) is the UK's trade body for the safety and PPE industry. Its Registered Safety Supplier Scheme sets out requirements for members to supply only PPE and safety equipment that is fully compliant and correctly certified. Membership is confirmed following an independent audit and is maintained through regular reassessment.
Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit (SMETA)
SMETA is one of the most widely used ethical audit formats, developed by Sedex (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange). It assesses a site against recognised standards covering labour rights, health and safety, environmental practice and business ethics. The audit is carried out by an independent third party and repeated periodically, with the findings shared through the Sedex platform.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and BSIF actually mean for me?
They're independent confirmations that we run the business to recognised standards. ISO 9001 covers the consistency and quality of our processes, ISO 14001 covers how we manage our environmental impact, and BSIF membership confirms our PPE and safety products meet the standards they claim to. In short, they give you assurance before you place an order.
What is BSIF and the Registered Safety Supplier Scheme?
The BSIF (British Safety Industry Federation) is the trade body for the safety and PPE industry. Under its Registered Safety Supplier Scheme, members sign a binding commitment to supply only PPE and safety equipment that is fully compliant and correctly certified — and are independently audited to prove it. It's your safeguard against non-compliant or counterfeit safety products.
Does buying from an accredited supplier cost more?
No. Our accreditations are about how we operate rather than an added charge. They mean the quality checks, environmental controls and compliance work are already built into the service you receive.
Why does ISO 9001 matter when I'm ordering branded workwear?
ISO 9001 is about doing things the same way, correctly, every time. For you that means consistent decoration quality, reliable order handling, and a clear process if anything needs putting right — whether you're ordering ten garments or several thousand.
Why should I choose an accredited supplier over a unaccredited one?
Accreditation is your protection. Without it, there's no independent check that quality is consistent, that safety products are genuinely compliant, or that environmental claims hold up. With PPE especially, non-compliant products can put people at real risk — so the assurance is worth having.
