JCA is a multi-disciplinary, engineering led organisation delivering a broad spectrum of engineering, maintenance, interior fit out and consultancy services. Around 3 years ago, JCA were looking to re-brand their uniform and provide their site-based employees with a full range branded workwear and PPE. We have now proudly been working with JCA for the last 3 years and look forward to continuing the partnership for many more.

The Process

JCA reached out to us looking for a full clothing package that would best suit their site-based employees. Our expert customer service team understood what was required of their uniform and provided JCA with different samples and colours, in which they confirmed the most appropriate uniform for the job.

Once the uniform and branding was confirmed, our team put together a Workwear Package specifically tailored to them, making it easier when it came to ordering.

However, as their company grew, the need for more uniform grew too and this is when we introduced the JCA portal. This is a secure online account that is dedicated to JCA, which only their approved users can have access too. Once logged into the portal, all of JCA’s branded uniform is pre-loaded with their logo so they can just add the garments they need to the basket and checkout without having to go through the customisation process.

By having a dedicated order portal, it creates a rapid order process as your products are pre-loaded and reduces standard lead times so your team can receive their new uniform in a flash.
